Salutations my friends! I am studying a Bachelor of Business Majoring in Accounting and Finance. Over the past few years I have had the joy of serving at MCU and benefiting from consistently engaging with the bible. Christ has shown his love to me and has saved me so now I aim to Glorify God through proclaiming his Gospel that brings salvation to all that will hear.

Vice-President
Hi! I’m studying a Bachelor of IT majoring in Cyber Security and Forensics. I have the privilege of overseeing the MCU stall at Bush Court every Thursday. I love to talk to people about Jesus and to spend studying the bible with others.
Tristan Fleming
Treasurer
Hi peoples. I have the pleasure of being the treasurer and prayer coordinator at MCU for 2026! I am doing a creative media degree majoring in Sound Design and Photography and have a strong passion for AV/live sound. I also serve at my church and enjoy being a part of different ministries around Perth. Something that I personally love doing at MCU is leading bible study groups and exploring what the bible says about Jesus and what His life, death, and resurrection means for us. I also take care of the CBT Podcast.
Cody Chew
Secretary
What’s up! I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Laws, mainly because my mathematical and scientific abilities are non existent. This year, I’ve been running the MCU Instagram and other Social Media pages. If you look close enough you’ll find me, but more importantly, I really hope that you find Jesus on our social media first and foremost. I also serve as the Youth Coordinator at Church and love learning how to develop my skills in driving, photography, and basketball so that I can glorify God to the best of my abilities wherever I am!
Becky Newill
Events Coordinator
Chloe Kemp
CBT Coordinator
Hi everyone, I’m Chloe and I’m in my fourth year of Criminology and Forensics here at Murdoch. This year I have been able to serve at Murdoch Christians United by helping to make sure our weekly bible talks run smoothly. One of my favourite things about MCU is the community, it is such a blessing to be around other Christians where we can encourage each other in our faith. Outside of MCU I also enjoy serving at my local church where I help out with AV and creche, and I also enjoy reading and playing the piano. This year has been amazing so far, and I hope to glorify God in whatever I do and wherever I am!

Mission Statement
In prayerful dependence on God, MCU proclaims Christ on campus so that all may receive him as Lord, are grounded in him, and are encouraged and equipped to proclaim the gospel at university and beyond. (Colossians 1:28 – 2:7)
DON’T GO
IT ALONE
What if uni isn’t just about your degree, but discovering something bigger? You don’t have to figure it out alone. Come join our group, meet other students who are asking the same big questions, explore Jesus together, and find friendships and support that make the journey easier. We’d love to see you get connected and be part of what’s happening.
More of our people!
